Ridgway Cooperative Membership

  1. Choose how you would like to join. 

     Remember, with your payments, you are “buying” into the co-op. 
     Purchase discounts will more than cancel out the buy-in cost.       
     * Seed Member - $200.00 (one time payment) 
     * Root Member - $55.00 quarterly payments (four payments)
     * Leaf Member - $25.00 annual payments (10 payments)

    Include your mailing address, phone and best time to call
    Don't forget your e-mail address. (print very clearly!)
    Let us know how you prefer to be contacted - phone/email/other. 
    PLEASE PRINT and take care to make it legible.

4. Bring or mail your membership form and membership investment check to Season's Harvest
